Cancellation fee for all appointments

*Appointments submitted here are REQUESTS, and we have to contact you to let you know if your request is available, and confirm an appointment time with you.

We are by appointment only. Here at Mary's Bridal we do have a cancellation policy. Appointments are free of charge, however we do have a 24 hour cancellation fee of $50 for Monday - Thursday appointments, and 48 hours for Friday and Saturday appointments. If you no-show or cancel for any reason including find your dress already less than the 24 or 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee will be applied to the card you put down when making the appointment. Please be considerate, as we have scheduled a stylist for your appointment, and may no longer be able to fill that time slot. 

Please call us to put down your card to reserve an appointment. On weekdays brides may bring up to 4 guests maximum with them, and on Saturdays a maximum of 3 guests.  Thursdays we accept appointments up until 5:30 pm. You will need to personally request a later Thursday appointment in the message box on the submission form, or via text/call. Also note that our Fridays and Saturdays can book out up to 2 weeks ahead.

 PLEASE no children under the age of 8 years old.
