There are NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. We have a running joke in our store that you can always change the guy but not the dress. That is why we ask that you consider your purchases carefully. If there is a cancellation of a wedding we ask that the balance of the gown(s) be paid in full. Payment arrangements can be made.
